Our Chef

Hailing from New England & the Maine coast, Chef Bill Lohman came in Toronto in 1998. He has been employed by Oro restaurant and sen5es bakery. He has volunteered his skill to such prestigious events as Cuvee 2000, Toronto Taste, Feast of Fields, VQA Ontario Wine Festival and Ontario Craft Brewers. He is currently a chef instructor with the LCBO.
