For thirty years, as a cook, chef, and culinary educator, William Lohman worked his way across North America, learning the skills that created Tastings Catering in Toronto, Canada. His passion for quality food and ingredients is expressed through his teaching style and his culinary creativity.

After introducing a few of these taste combinations to our catering clientele and the endless requests for recipes, we packaged a few products and set up a table at the Ontario Wine Festival. This is where the idea for Whisk and Lohman Specialty Foods was born.
